I went to school and spent lots of hours (and money) on that fancy degree hanging on my wall. I wanted to immerse myself in everything I could: community mental health, rape crisis counseling, in-home therapy, foster care, case management, Department of Juvenile Justice, substance abuse, being part of a team and being a sole proprietor. I put myself out there: lecturing at USF, state-wide conferences, being on the Board of Directors for a large not-for-profit, being engaged in grass roots collaborations, and writing and teaching continuing education classes. I’ve read the books, I’ve collected the resources and have established myself as an expert in couples counseling, adolescents, anger management, court ordered therapy, sexual abuse and juvenile sexual offender evaluations, and as a Qualified Supervisor.

I created this online community so you have a place to turn when you need it. It’s chock full of a growing library of resources, support from colleagues and allows you respite from feeling isolated.
